Ara Malazian
Ara began surfing in 2005. After several years of trying he finally managed to stand up without falling over. For overcoming this tremendous hurdle he was awarded the Armenian Surfer of the Year Award.
Since receiving the award Ara has been working on the more challenging aspects of the sport including turning, not running people over and, of course, the piece de resistance getting thrown over the falls.
